Walk off 20 lbs by Christmas!

So, you're trying to avoid weight gain during this infamous holiday season, right? It started with Halloween and ends just after New Years. I saw this program described in a magazine. It seemed simple enough...You can lose up to 20 pounds by Christmas by making two small changes in your life:

1. Change ONE meal a day. You can replace breakfast, lunch, or dinner with something that is healthy and nutritious. This can include any type of poultry or fish grilled or cooked in olive oil (not fried, southern cooking lovers!), vegetables, or even a meal supplement such as a protein shake or bar. Also be sure to eat a snack between meals that is healthy and no more than 200 calories.

2. Walk for ONE hour every day. Right after breakfast.
